Subu specializes in Corporate & Commercial law with a focus on corporate governance, litigation, employment law and risk management. He has served as a lawyer and legal counsel in various multinational organizations in India, the Middle East, and Canada. After a brief service as a legal counsel in a multinational company, Subu started SN Law Professional Corporation in Toronto. He has successfully negotiated and closed many transactions worth several million dollars in industries such as construction, telecommunication, energy, and information technology. Subu also has experience in debt restructuring and corporate financial transactions.

Subu uses his background in commerce to understand the clients’ perspective and provide legal services to the utmost satisfaction of his clients. As an executive member of the South Asian Bar Association (SABA) and the chair of its Membership Committee, Subu provides guidance and mentorship to foreign-trained professionals as well aspiring lawyers.
